1. About us

2. Contract formation & order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (including due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing/description errors). If we cancel after you’ve paid, we will refund you.
3. Pricing, taxes, duties
Prices are listed in SGD unless stated otherwise. GST and shipping charges are shown at checkout (where applicable). International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and any clearance fees. We may correct pricing/typographical errors at any time.
4. Payments & fraud checks
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you’re authorised to use the method. We may conduct anti-fraud checks and cancel/refund orders we deem high-risk. Chargebacks for valid deliveries may be contested.
5. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the customer. We are not liable for delays outside our control. For international deliveries, you must comply with destination regulations.
6. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy prevails for return/refund matters.
7. Product information & tolerances
Minor variations in colour, pattern, placement or sizing may occur, especially for hand-painted or artisanal items. Please follow care instructions; damage from improper care is not a defect.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
Except as required by law, products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement) to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of SGD 100 or the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual property
All content (text, graphics, logos, images, product designs) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by IP laws. You may not use our IP for commercial purposes without written consent.
11. User-generated content (UGC)
By submitting reviews, photos, or tagging us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display your UGC in any media, for marketing and operational purposes. We may remove UGC that we deem unlawful, infringing, misleading, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security features, scrape or harvest data, introduce malware, or circumvent access or purchase limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
13. Promotions, vouchers, gift cards & credits
Promotions and vouchers are subject to their stated rules; non-transferable, single-use, cannot be combined unless stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Store credits expire per the issued terms.
14. Events & workshops
For bookings, the specific event terms (cancellation windows, rescheduling, no-show policy, age/consent, health & safety) apply and are incorporated by reference. If not stated, cancellations require [e.g., 72 hours]’ notice; no-shows are non-refundable.
15. Corporate/B2B orders
Custom/personalised corporate orders are governed by separate B2B terms or master service agreements and are not covered by this consumer ToS unless expressly stated.
16. International customers & EU rights
International customers may have mandatory consumer rights under local law. If your order is delivered within the EU, your 14-day right of withdrawal (distance selling) applies as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, government actions).
18. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
