Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We love spreading our Singlapa products all around the world. We promise to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that international shipping can be a bit unpredictable. So, if you're in a rush to receive your order, drop us a message at email@example.com and we'll do our best to expedite the process!
How do I change my delivery information?
Oops, made a mistake? No worries, it happens to the best of us. Just shoot us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to help you out. Please keep in mind that delivery address changes may cause shipping delays, but we’ll always try our best to minimize any hiccups.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
We know life can get busy, so if you're not home to accept your delivery, don't fret! Our delivery partners will try a few more times before the package is returned to us. If that happens, we'll work with you to get your package back on its way to you.
Can I request for my parcel to be left outside my residence if there is no one home to accept my delivery?
We totally understand the convenience of this, but we want to make sure your package is delivered to you safely. A signature is required upon delivery, but if you have any special requests, feel free to shoot us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate.

When will you restock a product?
We hear you, and we love when our customers are excited about our products! Just let us know which product you're waiting for and we'll do our best to restock it ASAP.
I want to order a large quantity, how do I do it?
We love big orders and we cannot lie! Shoot us a message at email@example.com and we'll work with you to make sure you get everything you need.
I want to customize products for an event, do you do it?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that our minimum order for customization is 50 pieces. Shoot us a message and let's get this party started!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We get it - sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery/collection to return it to us. Just shoot us a message with your Order Reference number and we'll take care of the rest.
We stand behind the quality of our products, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for children's products and scarves. These products are final sale.
What is your reimbursement & processing time?
We'll process your return within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price, which you can use on any future Singlapa purchases. Sorry, we don't provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as ApplePay. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your Singlapa fix!
Why did my payment fail and what should I do?
Oh no, payment failed? Don't sweat it, it happens to the best of us. Here are a few possible reasons why:
- Your internet connection may have dropped during checkout (the struggle is real).
- Your card may have been rejected (we still think you're awesome, though).
To ensure a smooth checkout experience, we recommend making sure your internet connection is stable and strong before proceeding to pay. If you're still having trouble, take a screenshot of the error message and send it our way. We'll work our magic to sort it out for you! And if you're not sure if your payment was successful, no worries! Just check your order history page to confirm. We've got your back!
