Refund policy

1) Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

2) Exceptions (non-returnable)

  • Silk items — not eligible for return.

  • Kids’ items — not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards — not eligible for return.

  • Custom/personalised items for corporate clients — handled under separate B2B terms and not covered by this consumer policy unless expressly stated in a corporate agreement.

Sale items: Returnable (must meet all other conditions below).

3) Item condition

Items must be unused/unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging, and include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

4) How to start a return

Email queries@singlapa.com or WhatsApp +65 9023 3736 with your order number and reason.
For defective/damaged/incorrect items, include clear photos. We will confirm eligibility and send packing and shipping instructions. Unannounced packages will not be accepted.

5) Where to send / drop off returns

  • Mail-in returns (authorised):

  • In-person drop-off (authorised):
    Same address as above, Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (excluding public holidays).

6) Return shipping & who pays

  • Defective / damaged / incorrect item: We cover return shipping costs (see §11 for international).

  • Change-of-mind (including size/colour): Customer pays return shipping.
    Use a trackable service and keep the receipt until your return is processed.

7) Exchanges

Tell us the item/variant you want. If available, we’ll process an exchange; if not, we’ll proceed with a refund to the original payment method or offer store credit (your choice).

8) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

9) Defects, damage & wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. After validation, we will replace, exchange, or refund and (for international returns, see §11) cover the return shipping as stated in §6.

10) Refused / undeliverable / return-to-sender (RTS)

If a parcel is refused, undeliverable, or not collected and returns to us:

  • We can reship (you cover reshipping), or

  • Issue a refund minus the original shipping and any carrier RTS fees (if applicable).

11) International orders (including EU)

  • Carrier: Please use DHL for international returns unless we specify otherwise in writing.

  • Defective/incorrect items: Upon approval, we will either (a) issue a prepaid DHL return label, or (b) reimburse up to SGD 40 for the DHL return against your receipt. If the quoted DHL return cost exceeds SGD 40 and you prefer to ship yourself, request pre-approval so we can provide a prepaid label instead.

  • Change-of-mind: Customer covers return shipping.

  • Refund method: Same as domestic (original payment method) unless local law grants additional rights.

12) Lost return shipments

If a return shipment is lost in transit after the carrier accepts it, contact us with the tracking number and proof of shipment. Once the carrier confirms loss and a claim is approved, we will send a replacement or refund per §§7–8. Until then, the parcel remains the sender’s responsibility—please use a trackable service.

13) Bundles & gift sets

All components must be returned complete and unused in original packaging to qualify.

14) Seasonal / festive extension

During announced festive periods, the return window extends to 14 days from delivery for eligible items. We will publish the applicable dates on our website and/or product pages. All other conditions in this policy continue to apply.

15) EU customers’ right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at queries@singlapa.com with your order number. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return. Unless the item is defective or we state otherwise, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This right does not apply to personalised/custom goods or other exclusions permitted by law.
